The numbers of your age do not correlate with your state of mind. Still in my 30’s, I’m shocked that I don’t appear as I picture myself. The mirror provides a reality check, but I’ve never been content with “present reality” as I always strive toward the future. My level of positivity is getting stronger as I progress UP the path of life. Notice that I am moving up not down, which indicates my eternal optimistic attitude. Another trait I value and try to share with others at all times – especially those prone to negativity. I feel compelled to reshape conversations that have a “down” tone to one of upbeat positivity, for their wellbeing and mine. I’ve been told by others that they feel better when they are around me.
